WHERE MY GIRLS AT?

I'm a 90's girl and the show that gives me nostalgia is Living Single.  When I think about the fun my friends and I had back then, it puts a big smile on my face.

I also love me some Golden Girls. Those ladies were able to find true friendships in a season of life when they needed it most.

What do these shows have in common? You guessed it, Sisterhood. Women loving and supporting each other through

the ups and downs of life.  Also, them being able to respect their differences while holding one another accountable out of pure love and wanting the best for one another.

Having good girlfriends in life is a must. Being able to be vulnerable, laugh, cry and just knowing that you're in a safe place is an amazing feeling.  I am so thankful for my group of female friends. I know that I can call on each of them at any time and they will be there to provide love, support, advice or whatever I need and the feeling is reciprocal.

If you find yourself in a place where you don't feel as though you have good girlfriends. Take a moment to self-reflect. Are you being the kind of friend that you want someone to be to you? Are you open to trust, share, and be vulnerable?

Be open to making changes and position yourself to receive the type of relationships you desire.

Once you do, life becomes so much sweeter!
